Pastor Wayne Goff began his ministry in September of 1969 as an evangelist. He did evangelist work until October of 1993. In that same year, he accepted his first pastorship at Faison Bible Holiness Church in Faison, North Carolina.

In November of 2000, Pastor Wayne  founded Pentecostal Lighthouse Mission, Inc. where  he  served as Chairman with the purpose of ordaining ministers so they might be disciples to minister to any and all people and faiths.

After prayerful consideration, a decision was made by Pastor Wayne to join the N.C. Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church in May of 2016. He has served as a fill-in pastor, or Senior Pastor for the past seven years.  He has been in ministry for over 55 years.

He is currently married to Angela J. Goff, who he met in April of 2018, and they were married in June of 2021. Together they have held many revivals together, where they both have preached and ministered both in word and song. It is their heartfelt mission to serve as a means by which they can be used by God to promote spiritual development in the lives of both the church congregation and the community.
